* Once payment has been made the entity will be entitled to receive three personalized ID cards.
* If the entity needs more ID cards the Federation grants progressive discounts, which are reviewed on a case-by-case by inquiry.

Social Object:

Feambra’s primary purpose is to bring together members, individuals or companies to execute projects, programs and development of action plans aimed mainly at encouraging exchange between associations of Friends of Museums, exhibitions and promoting the dissemination of artistic and cultural works, in addition to promoting cooperation between national and international associations of Friends of Museums and other organizations that assist or work with the museums.

MAIN RIGHTS OF ASSOCIATES QUITE WITH YOUR SOCIAL OBLIGATIONS:

1. To vote and be voted for any office of the Executive Board or the Audit Committee;

2. Appeal to AGE against any act of the Board or the Audit Committee;

3. Enjoy the benefits offered by Feambra, among which are:

"Attend regular meetings of Feambra, as reported previously;

"To receive Feambra’s periodic newsletters containing the latest news, happenings and events both nationally and internationally;

"Participating in the exchange of information among Association of Museums around the world;

"Integrating the delegations organized by Feambra at the meetings and/or national or international conferences.

Such rights of members are automatically renewed every twelve months upon payment of the annuity.

MAIN DUTIES OF MEMBERS:

a. Comply with and enforce Statute of Feambra;

b. Respect and abide by the decisions of the General Assembly;

c. Care for the good name of Feambra;

d. Defend the patrimony and interests of Feambra;

e. Comply with and enforce the bylaws;

f. Promptly honor the contributions of associations.

MEMBERSHIP CONTRIBUTIONS

After approval by the entrance of Feambra associated person or entity, based on data contained in the Registration Form, it is obligated to make payment of their annual membership contributions in a lump sum or in three equal and consecutive, the their discretion.

The value of their annuities (individual or company) will be defined solely by Feambra.

It is well established that if the member wishes to disconnect from the frame members, must send to Feambra until 30 days before the end of your annuity, written communication via e-mail to that effect. Otherwise, consider Feambra your subscription automatically renewed for the next period.

OMISSIVE CASES

Feambra has full autonomy to decide on possible omissive cases, not provided for in these Regulations or not contained in its bylaws.

BYLAWS

The associate who wishes to know in full all the terms and conditions governing the formation of Feambra as well as the rules governing its operation can access its bylaws, which is found on this website.
